Case-9: Happy to achieve 80% relief in Osteoarthritis
Mr. V. B., (PIN NO - 18262) visited our clinic on 7th September 2012. He was already being treated for Eczema. He complained of left knee joint pain on walking. He was a 60 years old retired person. The knee pain was diagnosed as Osteoarthritis by Dr. Shah.
He had been showing excellent result with homeopathic medicine for Eczema.
During case interview he mentioned that he also had high blood pressure since few years and was on regular antihypertensive medicines.
He was a vegetarian, with average food and water intake. He had excessive craving for sweets.
Digestion, sweating, urination was all normal. Summer season was intolerable for him in general.
Mr. V.B. had a small family to look after, that included his wife and a daughter. He has his own garment business in Mumbai. There was no major stress at family and professional front. As a person he was introvert, affectionate and irritable.
He had a strong family history of Diabetes and skin diseases.
Based on his case details he was prescribed research based medicines for OA.
He reported on 18th October with mild improvement in his knee pain. The pain would sometimes disappear completely and sometimes be intense.
On 24th November he reported with no further improvement in his knee pain. His case was reviewed and medicines were upgraded by Dr. Shah.
On 7th January he reported with considerable improvement in his knee pain. There was 20 – 30 % relief.
He reported on 14th February with overall 50% improvement in his knee pain. His medicines were upgraded by Dr. Shah.
He visited on 28th March with almost 80% relief in his knee Osteoarthritis.
He is still continuing the medicines to attain complete recovery in his knee pain.
