Case Studies of Recurrent Boils-3

A one and a half year old child AA PIN Number (L-9639) came to the clinic with a complaint of recurrent boils since last 3-4 months. Standard antibiotics and anti histamines were not working.

He had painful inflamed boils which had severe itching and scratching lead to bleeding. The boils were of moderate to large size, with pus and fluid filled in them. After a few days, they left a blackish scar.

There was some scaling and flaking of the skin of his palms and soles.

He also complained of recurrent upper respiratory infections.

He had excessive perspiration on his scalp. He always required fan and he did not keep covers on his body. He was thermally Hot.

He was a playful child, he would get angry when hungry.

Based on the case details, Dr. Shah prescribed Tarentula Cubensis 200 C.

Within 6 weeks there was marked improvement, and after two and a half months there was complete recovery, the case was followed up for another three months, with no recurrences.
