A B. Com Student Got A Great Relief From Atopic Dermatitis With Homeopathy At Life Force
A 22-years-old male, Mr. A.A. (PIN 29762) consulted at Life Force for atopic dermatitis on 16th September 2016. He was suffering from this complaint since five to six years. Initially, his eruptions appeared on his face & both the elbows, but later it spread all over the body. His disease was progressing from four to five months. He would develop diseased eruptions all over the body, mainly on the face, forehead, fingers of both the hands, back, shoulder, and scalp. There was severe itching all over his body. The itching was so intense that he was unable to concentrate on any work. After scratching, sticky watery discharge used to appear. Sometimes, blood would ooze out. His itching would get worse during the winter season, but his diseased eruptions used to get aggravated in the summer season. Many other conditions, such as constipation, indigestion, morning, and night also aggravated his complaints. Besides this, he was also suffering from constipation.
He was non-vegetarian by diet. There was a marked desire for sweets, spicy, and sour foods. He liked egg, chocolate, rice, & chicken a lot. He didn’t like vegetables. His sweat was profuse. Usually, he was a chilly patient. His stool was not satisfactory. His sleep was disturbed and interrupted.
The peculiar mental traits were that he was extrovert and confident in nature. He was friendly in nature, but due to his disease, he avoided people. He liked to live alone. He was sad and depressed. He had the fear of water and height. He became irritable due to his disease.
He was the student of B. Com 3rd year. His father was working in a private sector, and his mother was a homemaker. His sister was doing the job in private sector, & his brother was doing C.A.
In his family, his brother had an allergic complaint. His paternal grandfather was suffering from diabetes and asthma. His maternal grandmother had an allergy complaint.
Based on these features, he was prescribed Sulphur 30 only one dose & research-based medicine for atopic dermatitis.
On 9th November 2016, when he gave his follow-up, his itching eruptions showed a good improvement. The discharge from eruptions had also reduced. In his report, his vitamin level was low so he was advised to take the vitamin supplement with our homeopathic medicine.
A few months later on 4th March 2017, when he gave his follow-up, his relief from itching had 70% improved. His eruptions were also reduced. There were no new eruptions. Overall his condition was under control.
On 28th July 2017, he informed that he visited a hill station & had eaten spicy food so his itching had slightly increased. Except this, all his eruptions on both arms, forehead, chest, face, shoulders, nose, back, legs, and elbows were totally covered. Only eruptions on his fingers were remaining.
On 28th November 2017, he gave his follow-up & informed that he was suffering from dengue fever in October 2017 so his itching was again aggravated but his eruptions were under control. As per his symptoms, Dr. Shah had done required changes in the prescription.
On 19th February 2018, he informed that his relief from itching was 70% improved. There was no discharge from his eruption, & his eruptions were improved a lot.
He is still continuing the treatment for further recovery.
Conclusion:
This case shows that atopic dermatitis can be effectively controlled with homeopathic medicines without the use of external applications of any kind. It cures the condition without any side-effect.
