I have been under treatment of Dr. Shah for last two years for Migraine and Thyroid. My Migraine attacks used to be severe with vomiting and frequency would be at least 5-6 times a month. I (Patient Identification Number: 17201) was suffering from Oral Lichen Planus since last one year; I had severe redness inside the mouth and burning sensation which was more on taking spicy food.
