Improvements are very good; you can say it is 90% up to the mark. I had psoriasis all over my body and now its all gone. All my problems have been resolved, only marks persist. The patches are less dry and less flaky. The patches have not as yet started to decrease but are not getting darker. I had noticed that there were some patches around the genital area but they are getting better. The same on my head, there are only small areas which are very dry but with regular use of petroleum jelly, the darkness is fading. I am very pleased with the treatment in just three months.
