Certainly my skin condition has improved much; however, if I eat too much cereal, sugar or even fruit, it tends to recur- not as badly, but it is still there. I will continue with the restricted diet. My general health is also much better and I have much less asthma and bronchial reactions to airborn allergens and smoke - we have lots of fires here in Australia at the moment, horror weather! There has been incredible improvement on the face. The vitiligo spots have improved 99.9 %. There are no spots right now. In the knees and ankles the vitiligo has improved about 50%.

My situation is far more better now. I have not had any rash for more than a month. Some of the foods which used to bother me, such as almonds, tomatos, lentils, etc do not bother me any more. Eating certain processed and pakaged foods make my skin itchy but most of the time I do not see any red rash. However, I can live without these foods and the bottom line is I can eat most of home cooked food without any problem. Your medicine has done a wonderful job.
