This case shows the importance of an early diagnosis and treatment by an expert, which brings about a very good recovery.

Mr. K. J. P. a young gentleman, aged 30 years (Patient Identification Number - 4403) visited Life Force centre on 5th March, 2012 with some skin complaints.

He was an old patient of Dr. Shah, successfully treated for Acid Peptic Disease, a few years ago. Now since a month he had been experiencing some reddish eruptions on his skin. It would itch mostly in the morning. There were multiple minute reddish papular eruptions on the abdomen, back and chest. But there was no scaling or dryness. There was no family history of any skin complaints. He had noticed these after having some outside food.

He had a normal appetite with craving for spicy and sweet food. He disliked vegetables, though he was a vegetarian by choice. His sweat was scanty, offensive and stained the cloth yellow. He would feel cold easily.

His father suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and heart disease; while his mother had osteoarthritis.

He was mild but short tempered. He was an ideal student in his childhood. Since professionally he was not stable, he would feel stressed due to this. He was introvert and sentimental. He was teaching computers in college for several years, but due to some politics they did not make him a permanent employee.

His case was reviewed by Dr. Shah. After examining him, Dr Shah diagnosed the skin condition as early and mild Psoriasis and assured him of complete recovery. He was prescribed some research based medicine.

He visited the center again on 21st April, 2012 with almost 90% recovery. There was no spread or any new eruptions. The reddish eruptions were completely better. There were only few hypo pigmented marks left.

This case shows the importance of an early diagnosis and treatment by an expert, which brings about a very good recovery.
