A 35-year-old male patient (PIN: 37163) presented with the complaint of gradually progressive lower back pain, which was associated with stiffening of the back. It was diagnosed as Ankylosing Spondylitis in May 2018. He was suffering from episodes of back pain, which woke him at night between 3 am to 4 am, and it was associated with spinal stiffness in the morning which would last for 3 to 4 hours. He would experience relief in the pain with hot fomentation.
His MRI reports showed Bilateral Sacroiliitis. His ESR was about 40mm/hour which meant that the patient was in a high inflammatory state. He was on NSAIDs.

On 12th March 2019, after continued use of the homeopathic medicine without any use of NSAID, the patient found about 70% immense relief in his stiffness in the back.
