A Remarkable Recovery From Vitiligo In Just 3 Months With Homeopathy
An 11-year-old female patient, Ms. B.P. (PIN: 39450) visited Paud Branch of Life Force Homeopathy on 24th February 2019. She had the complaints of vitiligo from three years. There were two hypopigmented patches present on her body, one on her forehead near hairline and other on the occipital region of her scalp. She had undergone a laser therapy three years back, but, now, from a few days again, the patches were visible.
She had no significant past medical history. Her family medical history consisted of diseases, such as Hypertension and Diabetes.
The patient was vegetarian and had a liking for sour foods. The patient was polite by nature, very adjustable, and obedient. She was a bit nervous. After a detailed case analysis, Dr. Shah prescribed research-based medicine for vitiligo to the patient. She was also advised diet and regimen. She was asked to avoid sour foods.
After doing some basic tests it was noticed that she had low levels of vitamin D3, so she was advised to take supplements for the same.
Follow-Ups:
On her first follow-up on 16th April 2019, her hypopigmented patches had reduced by 50%. There were grey hairs on the spots. It was explained to the patient's parents that grey hair cannot be reversed to black again.
On her second follow-up on 2nd June 2019, her hypopigmented patches were reduced by more than 70%. The patch on her occipital region was not visible now. And, the patch on her forehead also had reduced by more than 70%.
The patient is happy and satisfied with the treatment which she received at Life Force and is continuing it for further recovery.
Conclusion:
This case shows how homeopathy helps in treating the cases of vitiligo effectively and safely without any side-effects.
