She had large, hyperpigmented patches over her thighs, armpits, breast, and back. She used to experience the dryness of skin with itching. She experienced no significant sweating. According to the patient, the maintaining factor was that she was staying in an old age home in unhygienic conditions and was depressed due to her mother's health.
She was a non-vegetarian by diet. Her appetite was average, and she had craving for sweets and aversion to the bitter taste. Her thirst was very less, and she used to experience an average perspiration. She was sensitive to both the extremes of temperature.
Her bowel movements were satisfactory, and her periods were regular.
She was unmarried and jobless. Her father had expired due to some illness, and her mother was suffering from cancer. She stayed with her mother in an old age home and was very tensed regarding her mother's health.
She was extremely depressed as her mother was not doing well and cried a lot during case taking. She does not share her feelings with anyone. She used to feel lonely and worried about her future.
Considering all her physical and mental symptoms and after evaluating the homeopathic totality, research-based homeopathic medicines were prescribed for her by Dr. Shah.
