She had large, hyperpigmented patches over her thighs, armpits, breast, and back. She used to experience the dryness of skin with itching. She experienced no significant sweating. According to the patient, the maintaining factor was that she was staying in an old age home in unhygienic conditions and was depressed due to her mother's health.

She was extremely depressed as her mother was not doing well and cried a lot during case taking. She does not share her feelings with anyone. She used to feel lonely and worried about her future.

Considering all her physical and mental symptoms and after evaluating the homeopathic totality, research-based homeopathic medicines were prescribed for her by Dr. Shah.

In her first follow-up on 1st February 2018, there was about 10% improvement in her complaints.

And, after that, in the second follow-up itself i.e. on 5th April 2018, she was 95% better in all her complaints and is further continuing the treatment with Life Force for further improvement.
