Complete Recovery From Pityriasis Versicolor Achieved With Homeopathy at Life Force

29-years-old Mrs. JSB (PIN 28744) visited Life Force Homeopathy in May 2016 for the treatment of Pityriasis Versicolor.

Seven months before visiting Life Force, she developed small round to oval-shaped dull, hypopigmented spots on her back, abdomen, on the right side of waist, and neck. She noticed these white spots after she delivered a baby. She was experiencing a mild itching on the affected skin. She was using oral and local anti-fungal medicines as prescribed by a dermatologist. In spite of using these medicines, the spots were increasing gradually.

We treat patients from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE & 180 more countries. Get an expert opinion on your ailment, click here to ask Dr. Shah's team directly.

The patient had a strong family history of vitiligo. As her sister and nephew suffered from vitiligo, she was very anxious about her own white spots.

Dr. Shah examined her and explained that hypo-pigmented (white) spots on her skin are due to Pityriasis Versicolor and not due to vitiligo. After analyzing the case in detail Dr. Shah prescribed Bacillinum 30 and other research-based medicines.

During the first follow-up in June 2016, there was not much change in the Pityriasis Versicolor. She was still experiencing itching. She had stopped taking all anti-fungal medicines prescribed by a dermatologist. Dr. Shah upgraded the prescription after the follow-up.

In October 2016, the patient reported 25% Improvement in her hypopigmented spots. The itching had reduced completely. She continued the medicine further.

In March 2017, the patient reported 50% reduction in hypopigmented spots. There were no new spots. She no more suffered from itching. Dr. Shah prescribed medicine accordingly.

In July 2017, although the old spots were further better, the patient reported 2-3 new oval spots on her face. Dr. Shah changed the medicines and advised some lifestyle changes to the patient.

Later, the patient visited for a follow-up in September 2017 and reported a further improvement. Hypopigmented spots had reduced by 75%, and no new spots were reported by the patient.

In December 2017, the patient improved further by around 90%. She continued the medicines and followed the instructions religiously.

In the recent feedback in April 2018, her Pityriasis Versicolor was completely better. There was complete re-pigmentation of the white spots on her back, abdomen, on the right side of waist, and neck. She was completely free from itching. Dr. Shah has prescribed the medicine to stop the recurrence and advised the patient to stop the treatment after one month.

Conclusion:

This case illustrates that homeopathy works extremely well in treating chronic fungal infections like Pityriasis Versicolor, and complete recovery can be achieved.
