I was suffering from past 3 years with small red bumps which would change to white pus filled eruptions, these blisters appeared around the vaginal area, and they were painful, itchy and caused severe burning sensation around my genital areas, buttocks and inner thigh. I noticed a very big improvement in the last months. Twice I had existing spots which rose again, but it became flat the following day. I would say that my lichen is 90% gone. Only the scars remained, but they are fading slowly. The lichen planus has definitely stopped spreading. The oral lichen planus has improved a lot as well. Now I can brush my teeth easily, can eat most of the food, even though I am still very careful with spicy food. But when I eat hot and spicy food, I noticed that I do not feel the burning sensation as strongly as before. The black spots are fading slowly on my arms and ampits,on my neck, my back and stomach.
