Mrs. L.A.R., 59 years old, visited Borivali clinic on 3rd June 2012. Her Patient Identification Number is 19184. She was suffering from palmo plantar Psoriasis since 2 years. There were painful cracks on the palms and soles. They were dry with scaling. The pain would be burning and itching. She had been applying steroid based creams since 2 months but it did not given much relief. She had also taken few steroid injections in the past.
Her appetite was average and she liked sour things. Her thirst was average. She was sensitive to cold weather. Her sleep would be disturbed.
She was a home maker. Her husband was a driver. Her son was married and staying separately. Her daughter was studying and staying with them.
She was stressed 2 years back due to his son’s marriage. He had married against girl’s parents wishes and this was a constant stress to the patient. Son had immediately separated after marriage. Her husband was silent. She would grumble in anger.
She had suffered from Leprosy in childhood and was treated for the same by conventional medicines.

She visited on 3rd November with 60% improvement in her psoriasis. The cracks, dryness and scaling were better. The pain had also reduced significantly. The palms were better by 60% and the soles were better by 40%.
She visited on 6th December with overall 80% improvement in her Psoriasis. The palms were completely recovered. The soles had mild hyper pigmentation. The dryness and pain had further improved. Her case was reviewed and medicines were prescribed.
She visited on 15th February, 2013 and reported complete recovery on her Psoriasis. The lesions had completely healed.
She is continuing the medicines as maintenance therapy. She is very happy with the treatment.
