University professor with Genital Lichen Planus responded to homeopathy treatment

Mr P.R.B age 48, a professor of engineering, (Patient Identification Number 20743) came to Life Force on 2 March 2013, from a small town near Mumbai. He was suffering from severe Genital Lichen Planus since the past three to four years. He was undergoing treatment by a dermatologist for several years. He was always prescribed local cortisone creams tablets. If that did not help then he was administered injectable cortisone. Since last few months, he was referred to Senior dermatologists in Mumbai, who prescribed him Tab Endoxan 50 mg (Cyclophosphamide).

He had severe pain; the glans penis had several red painful patches. There were pain and burning. He had severe discomfort. The very fact that so many consultations and therapies had not given any relief had also shattered him. He was given a view that this was an incurable disease.

He did not have skin Lichen Planus or oral Lichen Planus.
He did not have Diabetes or any other immunological disease.
There was no cause, which could be attributed to the development of his Lichen Planus.

He had cervical spondylitis for which he had consumed painkillers in the past. This was the only probable reason for the development of his Lichen Planus.

His case was taken into detail.

He stayed with his wife and son. His son was in the tenth standard.

He was an adjusting, patient and pragmatic person. He was a cooperative person and had a good image in his college. Rarely he would get angry over indiscipline, but his anger would last for 5-10 minutes only.
He had anxiety, due to his wife's illness. She was suffering from severe low back pain.

Dr Shah examined him and studied his details and prescribed a medicine from venom group, (name withheld to avoid self-medication), two doses along with research-based remedies for Lichen Planus.

It took around three to four months to show an initial success.

At four months follow up: He reported with 25% improvement in pain and redness. The intensity of pain had reduced considerably. He started hoping to get good results.

At 8 months follow up: The patient reported 60% improvement in pain and redness. He could describe that his attention has shifted from the pain and discomfort and he could concentrate on his work better.

At 12 months follow up, the patient was very happy to report 90% improvement in all his complaints. His redness and pain have almost gone. He described that only a feeling of discomfort is felt sometimes.

The patient was extremely happy with the results.

He saw the photos before treatment and after recovery and tears of happiness filled his eyes. He said, " Dr. You can not imagine how much I have suffered due to this disease." He thanked Dr Shah for the wonderful recovery.
