Mrs. L.A. (Patient Identification Number 18382), from Albania contacted Life Force on 27th October 2010, for the treatment of Lichen Planus. She opted for the online treatment. She was suffering from Lichen Planus for six to eight months. Active lesions of Lichen Planus started on her hands and legs . It gradually increased to cover almost 80% of body area.

She mentioned moderate itching over the spots, especially at night. She had mentioned that she was on medicines to control her blood pressure( Beta blockers) for quite a long time. Prolonged use of these medicines could have been the probable cause for her Lichen Planus. She had not taken any medicine for her Lichen Planus. Her appetite was normal with craving for fish. Thirst, bowel habits and perspiration were normal. She was a chilly patient with marked sensitivity to cold. Sleep was disturbed due to the itching.

Mrs. L.A. was born and brought up in Tirana. She was an engineer and worked hard for her family. She was staying with her husband. Her both daughters were married. She had to face some injustice related to property matter. She had that stress. She was hopeful, patient and co-operative by nature. She mentioned all these details very carefully in the questionnaire.

Dr. Rajesh Shah studied her case in detail through the questionnaire and prescribed his research based homeopathic medicines. After the first course of medicines, she submitted her feedback through our Patient Support System. In first four months, the spread of the disease had stopped completely. There was significant relief in her itching. Her sleep had improved. Active spots of Lichen Planus had settled down leaving behind hyperpigmented spots. Based on this feedback, her further medications were prescribed.

She showed significant improvement in all her further follow ups. Hyperpigmented spots completely faded. By 12th July 2011 she had completely recovered from Lichen Planus. (Uploaded on 27th July 2011 by Dr. G.A.J)
