Dr. Rajesh Shah advised her to go for X ray of the left heel, in which it was diagnosed as Calcaneal Spur...

Mrs. A.B., 47 years old female (Patient Identification Number 2066) visited Life Force with the complaint of left heel pain. She was having this pain for the last ten to twelve months. She would get severe pain while waking up in the morning and after long standing. It would get worse in the cold weather. She had to take pain killers almost daily. She had swelling over her left heel. Dr. Rajesh Shah advised her to go for X ray of the left heel, in which it was diagnosed as Calcaneal Spur. She also had complaints of Migraine and Backache. She would also get stiffness in the back. Her appetite was normal; she had a craving for salty food. Micturation, bowel habits and perspiration were normal. She was a chilly patient with marked aggravation from cold weather. Her sleep was sound with no specific dreams. Mrs. A.B. was working in bank as an assistant manager. She had lots of stress related to work. She was a manager and the people under her were not very efficient, so she had to do extra work. She was always stressed out as the work delegated never met the mark. She was very sincere and hated sloth and insubordination. She alone had to look after her son as her husband would stay abroad for work. Her son was in the12th standard. She had stress related to his studies. She had become irritable because of her illness. She could not concentrate on her work. Dr. Rajesh Shah studied her case in detail and prescribed research based homeopathic medicines. In first two months of the treatment, she got some relief in her pain. She would take pain killers once in two to three days. There was no change in the swelling. In her further follow up, there was significant relief in her pain. She had taken pain killers once in a week in those two months. Swelling was little less. She would still get pain and stiffness in the morning. It would get better in rest of the day. There was improvement in all her further follow ups. Gradually she could stop her pain killers. Morning stiffness and pain was better and she could walk properly. With twelve to fourteen months of regular treatment, she could completely recover from her Calcaneal Spur. She is still under treatment of Dr. Rajesh Shah for her Migraine.
