Certainly my skin condition has improved much; however, if I eat too much cereal, sugar or even fruit, it tends to recur- not as badly, but it is still there. I will continue with the restricted diet. My general health is also much better and I have much less asthma and bronchial reactions to airborn allergens and smoke - we have lots of fires here in Australia at the moment, horror weather! I am seeing significant improvement in my migraine headaches- they are much better; the frequency has reduced. I just got 1 or two in last 2 months and when I took the regular Homeopathic medicine for the headache, it took care of the pain. The headaches were also mild in intensity- not really migraine type headaches.
