I have seen excellent results. The eczema has shown 90 percent improvement. There is a definite improvement with only slight itching a couple times per week when i am extremely exhausted. You are mainly treating my eczema, my other well being continues to also improve. My legs almost look like normal and i have regained my actual skin. Good improvement. The frequency of headaches has reduced by 20%. My migraine is a lot better.

Certainly my skin condition has improved much; however, if I eat too much cereal, sugar or even fruit, it tends to recur- not as badly, but it is still there. I will continue with the restricted diet. My general health is also much better and I have much less asthma and bronchial reactions to airborn allergens and smoke - we have lots of fires here in Australia at the moment, horror weather!
