I noticed a very big improvement in the last months. Twice I had existing spots which rose again, but it became flat the following day. I would say that my lichen is 90% gone. Only the scars remained, but they are fading slowly. The lichen planus has definitely stopped spreading. The oral lichen planus has improved a lot as well. Now I can brush my teeth easily, can eat most of the food, even though I am still very careful with spicy food. But when I eat hot and spicy food, I noticed that I do not feel the burning sensation as strongly as before. The black spots are fading slowly on my arms and ampits,on my neck, my back and stomach. Hello Doctor, my son has been taking the medicine regularly. His tonsils problem is much better than before and there is also a slight improvement in the mouth breathing although he still mouth breathes. Some nights he does snore but his snoring has improved.
