Improvement observed in white patches. This is a rare case of PIBALDISM where patient was born with white patches on his knees and forehead. I have been suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia since May 2003. I used to have around 15-20 attacks of trigeminal pain a day, I was on high dose of Gabentine. The pain would last for 15-20 seconds. It was terrible. I am taking treatment under Dr. Rajesh Shah for the past 2 months now and I am very much relieved. I get pain only 2-3 times a day, for about 5 seconds. I have also reduced Gabentine. My trigeminal neuralgia has been relieved to around 80%.
