The Sleeplessness condition has improved and now I am able to sleep (get 5-6 hr of sleep in the night with medicine). I have not experienced an urticaria attack in last 4 months, in fact I don't think I've experienced an attack for over 2 years. No more abnormal hot skin either. I am able to do full physical activites indoors and outdoors (even in hot, sunny conditions) without any adverse affects.
