I was skeptical to begin with, as I never tried treating myself on-line. I am very much pleased with the results of the medicine that you sent me.

My nephrotic syndrome is incredibly better.There seems to be no swelling. I believe I have responded 100% to this treatment. There seems to be a significant improvement whilst taking the medicine. I have had no relapse since started with the treatment, so its been an year since I had a relapse. Its all my heartfelt thanks to Dr Shah.

I S.S, Pin no. 17135, Since last 5-6 yrs I was suffering from piles and constipation problem. I would have severe pain and burning sensation in the rectum, this was more on taking spicy food. The stools were hard and required straining.
