E. V., USAI am happy to say my Lichen Planus has stayed clear and my dentist says I had Lichen Planus in my mouth which has now cleared. Needless to say I am very happy with my results.Thank you so much.

The marks are less obvious now, but they still exist. The itching problem described in questionnaire still occurs periodically, but I trust that by continuing the therapy I will improve further.

I have noticed that sugary foods like cake, cookies, ice cream, etc. make all areas much worse a few days after eating. I have stopped eating all foods of this type and have seen an improvement in the Psoriasis in all areas. The plaques on my elbows and knee have remained the same size but have less swelling and redness than before. Scalp psoriasis has completely cleared.
