Good news! For over 6 weeks solid I have been noticing significant improvement in my Oral Lichen Planus. The mucosa in my mouth is also changing to pink again. My energy is better as well.

I have felt much better, solid stools always, no blood, a few times I have urgency, most of the times without urgency. Stools 6 to 7 times a day (no diharrea).
