I have not experienced an urticaria attack in last 4 months, in fact I don't think I've experienced an attack for over 2 years. No more abnormal hot skin either. I am able to do full physical activites indoors and outdoors (even in hot, sunny conditions) without any adverse affects. I was able to reduce my antihistamine (Cetirizine 10mg) intake to half a tablet 3 times a week without any adverse effect. Thanks Dr Shah!!

In three months the ankylosing spondylitis improved by 30 %. The pain and stiffness of joints reduced considerably. I was unable to walk earlier, i would stoop. Now, i can move about freely.
