The medication has helped tremendously. There has been no spreading of the Lichen Planus in the last 3 months. It has spread from my ankles to my lower back and a few spots on my arm. The spreading has now stopped and the spots are becoming flatter and a lot more in line with the texture of the normal skin around it. I have cut down on my smoking and this has possibly assisted in the healing process.

I was suffering from depression for a long time. I was on conventional medicines for depression, but it do not help and had side effects. Within few days, i was affected with psoriasis of the scalp.

With Dr Shah's treatment my psoriasis is completely treated and there has been drastic relief from depression.

Certainly my skin condition has improved much; however, if I eat too much cereal, sugar or even fruit, it tends to recur- not as badly, but it is still there. I will continue with the restricted diet. My general health is also much better and I have much less asthma and bronchial reactions to airborn allergens and smoke - we have lots of fires here in Australia at the moment, horror weather!
