42 years old, Mr. W. A. (Patient Identification Number - 13117) visited our center on 30th December 2009. He was suffering from Sinusitis and Anosmia since 2 years. Since 6 month heexperienced blockage of nose and breathing difficulty, daily. He would breathe through mouth. He was advised surgery by his doctor. The phlegm would be creamish. The throat would become dry. He was taking nasal spray twice a day with mild relief. He had taken many anti allergic medicines in the past. The symptoms would increase in the winter, in an air-conditioner, and on lying down. He would feel better by steam inhalation. He also had acidity, nausea and flatulence since 10 years. His appetite was average. He liked spicy and salty food. The thirst and perspiration was average. He was intolerant of warm weather. There were no complaints in sleep, bowels and urination. He was working in a recruitment firm as a head. His wife was an IT officer. His son was 6 years old and daughter was 13 years old. He was stressed regarding the business as recession had been causing him loss. He was emotional and had few friends. He would voluntarily participate in social work. He would enjoy spending time in an orphanage. He liked perfectionism. He would most of the time stay out of home for work purpose. He had suffered from typhoid, malaria and jaundice in the past. His father and brother suffered from high cholesterol. His mother suffered from high blood pressure and diabetes.

His case was studied in detail by Dr. Shah and he was prescribed Lycopodium Clavatum 200c 2 doses along with Carcinosin 200 and few research based medicines. He reported on 23rd February with considerable improvement in his Sinusitis. The nose blockage and sneezing was less. The anosmia was better.
