My skin got clear as earlier...
A 45 years old lady Mrs. LGK (Patient reference number 9586) reported to the center in August 2008, with complaints of Psoriasis. She had psoriasis on the legs, neck, scalp forehead and hands. Around 20 % of her body was affected.
The lesions were typical, red inflamed patches with silvery scales. She had severe itching and burning in her lesions. The itching was more in the night.
She would get sleep disturbance due to itching. There was occasional bleeding after scratching.
She also suffered from allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. She would get colds on and off and especially before her menses.
She stayed with her husband and one son and daughter. Her husband was in the shipping industry.
He was an irritable person. They were having quarrels over small issues.
He was a perfectionist and expected every thing spick and span. She had a laid back attitude. This and differences in raising the children lead to quarrels.
She was an irritable lady; she would brood over things. She was reserved in nature. Her husband was very social and talkative. If they had a quarrel, she would remain quiet for several days.
Mrs. LGK liked to be indoors. She avoided crowds; she disliked loud noise and music. She preferred to be alone. She often had sleep disturbances. She would prefer to go to bed early when she suffered from colds and sinusitis.
She liked to tie her head with a tight bandage, when she got sinus headaches.
She was sensitive to cold weather and she would get body aches after eating sour food such as lemon, oranges, pickles and tamarind.
Her husband was fun loving and liked to go out for parties and outings.
Dr Rajesh Shah studies her case in detail and prescribed Sepia 30c, along with a research based medicine.
In her first follow up she stated that she was feeling relief in her colds, but no relief in her psoriasis.
She was explained that this is the first indication that the remedy is acting favorable.
She had used local steroid creams for her psoriasis in the past.
She was explained to reduce the steroid cream gradually.
Slowly and steadily the scales reduced and later on the redness in her psoriasis lesions also reduced.
In around six months, there was very substantial relief in her psoriasis. The skin lesions completely healed. She was able to stop all her creams. She only applied Vaseline.
She stopped her treatment after six months.
She reported after two years again in August 2010. Her skin was fine. She did not suffer from psoriasis, frequent colds or sinusitis all these years.
