A young girl aged seven years Ms. S.B.(L-12421) was brought to the clinic on 18th of July 1990 for the treatment of Lichen Planus. She was suffering from Lichen Planus with extensive lesions covering nearly 90% of the body area and severe itching. She was on steroidal treatment which did not offer her much relief.
She had an average appetite. She had a great craving for milk, meat, chocolates. The bowels were satisfactory. She had sound sleep and would sometimes get scared in her sleep.
She was a very talkative girl and good in her studies with excellent grasping power, good drawing skills. She was very social , very intelligent and slightly stubborn child.
She had a history of frequent cold and cough,.
