A 30-year-old male from Tamil Nadu, Mr. M. M. (PIN: 43570) started online treatment from Life Force Homeopathy for his complaint of Chalazion on 27th August 2020.
The patient was suffering from recurrent chalazion for 1 year. And, it was relapsing every 2 to 3 months. Hard raised bumps were present on his upper and lower eyelids. Once it recurred, it would stay for a few days. The patient would experience the irritation and redness of the eyes occasionally. The patient had undergone surgery twice but his condition was not cured. Every time during the episode, he used to take antibiotics and eye drops as prescribed by his physician. Follow-Ups:
On 17th October 2020, in the first follow-up, the patient reported that he was feeling 20%-30% better with the homeopathic medicines. The hard raised bumps had reduced. Still, the dryness and crustiness were present in the eyes. The redness and irritation were no more present. There was an overall recovery with the medicines.
On 8th December 2020, the patient updated that he was almost 50%-60% better with the medicines. After the surgery, there was a re-occurrence of chalazion on the same eyelid. The patient started with homeopathy after that, and he was now almost 60% recovered from it with homeopathic medicines only. No new formation of chalazion had occurred after he started with homeopathic medicines. The patient was very happy with the recovery.
On 5th February 2021, the patient reported being 70% better in his recovery from his complaints. The raised bumps had further subsided. No new chalazion formation was experienced in the past 6 months which initially was occurring every 2-3 months. There was an overall improvement with the homeopathic medicines.
On 25th May 2021, the patient updated that he was 95% better with the medicines. He had raised hard bumps on the upper and lower eyelids when he started the treatment, but, now, they had healed completely without any surgery.
