Homeopathy Healed A Young Patient Of Chronic Gastritis Incredibly At Life Force
The inflammation of the protective lining of the stomach is called gastritis. Depending on the onset of the disease symptoms, gastritis can be classified as acute gastritis (symptoms that occur suddenly) and chronic gastritis (symptoms that appear slowly over time).
A 29-year-old young man (PIN: 43250) approached Life Force Homeopathy on 17th June 2020 for the treatment of his complaint of gastritis, which he was suffering from for a year. The presenting symptoms of the patient were bloating in the abdomen, heartburn particularly after having spicy food, indigestion, and occasional abdominal cramps. He also was experiencing regurgitation of food at times, particularly during a severe episode. He used to suffer from severe episodes 1-2 times daily, and each episode would last for 1-2 hours. His condition was progressing gradually in the last 4 months.
His past and current treatment history was asked in detail and updated. His history of ailments was also asked. His family’s medical history was also asked in detail. The patient’s father and grandfather both were diabetic.
A detailed case history was taken considering both his mental and physical symptoms.
Physical Generals:
The patient was a non-vegetarian and had an average appetite. He had an average thirst and drank about 2-3 liters of water daily. His motion was satisfactory, and he had no urinary complaints. He couldn’t bear extreme climate and used to experience average perspiration. The patient enjoyed a sound sleep, and he preferred sleeping on the back.
Psychological Aspects:
His mental symptoms were also asked in detail.
The patient had a very happy childhood and a supportive family. He got married at the age of 25 years, and he had a satisfactory marital relationship. The patient was a very mild, gentle, polite person but was quite anxious about his health condition.
He told that, at times, he would turn quite irritative, particularly, when things don’t happen according to his will. He also had an apprehension that something bad will happen to him.
His intellectual sphere was also considered. His memory, perception, intelligence, logic, and analysis all were good.
His general and systemic examination was done and his BP (120/80mmhg) and weight (76kg) were noted.
Dr. Shah went through the entire case history in detail and, analyzing the case, prescribed medicines to the patient. Also, the patient was given a diet chart, helpful links, and videos related to his disease condition.
Follow-Ups:
His first follow-up was on 11th August 2020. In his first follow-up itself, the patient was better by 40% to 50%. The frequency, severity, and duration of his gastritis attacks had also reduced.
When he gave the second follow-up on 13th October 2020, the patient had no heartburn or bloating sensation. Still, he was experiencing regurgitation, particularly after eating spicy food. Overall, he was about 60% better.
By November 2020, he was overall better by 90%.
In the further follow-ups, his condition was stable with no episodes of gastritis.
