90% Recovery From Chronic Psoriasis In Just 4 Months With Homeopathy

A 57-year-old man, Mr. V.S. (PIN: 42130) visited our Pune Life Force branch with the complaints of psoriasis and started treatment on 25th December 2019. He was suffering from psoriasis for 20 years and was on conventional medications but got just temporary relief.  In the last 2 years, the disease was getting worse. He was also taking homeopathic medicine Arsenic iod for 1 month but there was no such relief in the complaints rather it was making the condition worse.
He had typical thick hyperpigmented maculopapular eruptions, particularly on her face, scalp, and abdomen. His abdomen and both the sides of the flanks were also covered with patches. He had patches of psoriasis present over his neck, back of the ears, hands, elbows, arms, forehead, scalp, nails, shoulders, legs, and knees. There was scaling, particularly on the legs, feet, and soles. He experienced severe itching as his skin turned extremely dry. There was bleeding due to scratching, particularly on the back.
Besides psoriasis, he has also joint pains.
He worked as a supply chain manager in an MNC company. He was a vegetarian and had an average appetite. He had significant cravings for eggs, spicy food, salty food, and sweets. He had an extreme aversion to sour foods. He had no addictions. He cannot tolerate hot weather. He used to drink an average quantity of water in a day. His bowel was satisfactory, and his urination was normal. His sleep was quite good. 
He had a family history of hypertension in his family. His father was suffering from hypertension. He seemed to be gentle, sober, and confident. He loved the company and was an extrovert. He was very emotional towards his family. 
Dr. Rajesh Shah studied the case in detail, and he prescribed research-based medicines along with constitutional medicines for six weeks to the patient. We also provided specific diets to the patient to get the overall improvement along with the homeopathic medicines. 

Follow-Ups:
When the first follow-up was taken on 3rd February 2020, the patient reported that his complaints had reduced by 50%. No new lesions had appeared. The hyperpigmented patches had started reducing.  The relief in psoriasis in the nails had improved completely. The bleeding due to scratching in the back was reduced to 75%. The itching was reduced slightly. It was also noticed that the scaling was also slightly reduced to 30%. The relief in the dryness of the skin was getting better too.
On 26th April 2020, the patient reported that his psoriasis had got better by 90%. The itching was no more bothering him, and his relief in scaling had also got better. There was no relapse of the complaints. The relief in the affected areas of the lesions had got a remarkedly improvement. Dry skin had transformed into a good texture. The progress of the recovery from the disease was very good. 
The patient was a lot happy and thankful to Dr. Shah and the whole Life Force team for experiencing this improvement with the homeopathic treatment in just four months. The patient also continued the medicines for a complete recovery.

Conclusion:
This case highlights that homeopathy is highly effective in treating skin diseases like psoriasis successfully and safely without any side-effects. Homeopathy can help in avoiding the lifelong dependency on conventional treatment within a few months of treatment.
