10 Years Persistent Gastroenteritis Treated With Homeopathic Medicine Without Side-Effects
A 16-years-old patient, Mr. S. P. (PIN 8054) visited Life Force clinic with the complaints of recurrent gastroenteritis, which he was suffering from the last 10 years.
He used to suffer from an episode of gastroenteritis once in 2-3 months, and it would last for 4-8 days. He used to pass loose and sticky stool thrice a day with no abdominal pain, but he was experiencing an uncontrollable urge to pass the stools. His stool routine always showed just mucus. His stool culture was normal. He used to take antibiotics.
He was having Autism since childhood. He was also suffering from sleeplessness from the last 10 years.
He had a craving for spicy food. He had an aversion to milk and sweets.
Dr. Rajesh Shah studied the case in detail and prescribed research-based homeopathic medication to the patient.
Follow-Ups:
On 30th January 2017, the patient visited the clinic for his first follow-up. Overall, he was better in terms of relief in the frequency and duration of his episodes of gastroenteritis. Sticky stool with an uncontrollable urge was as it is.
On 15th March 2017, when the patient visited the clinic for his follow-up, his condition was stable. However, he mentioned that in February the frequency of stool had increased to 7 times/day and that he had taken conventional medication for the same.
On 23rd May 2017, the patient visited the clinic for a follow-up. His condition was stable, and there was no further improvement. His relief from sleeplessness was better.
On 5th September 2017, when the patient visited the clinic for his follow up, he had experienced a 50% overall improvement. No acute episodes had affected him.
On 11th November 2017, there was further improvement in his recovery from gastroenteritis. The frequency of stools was as it is, but the consistency of the stool was well-formed.
On 20th April 2018, there was a 60% overall improvement in his health. No acute episodes had occurred. He passed sticky stool occasionally. The frequency of the stool was 4-5 times a day. There was an improvement in his relief in the uncontrollable urge for passing the stool. His recovery from the sleeplessness issue was completely better.
On 11th September 2018, overall improvement was observed in his relief from gastroenteritis. But, he had experienced 2 acute episodes of the condition in August 2018. He had recovered from his sleeplessness issue completely.
On 21st February 2019, a further improvement was noticed in his recovery from gastroenteritis. He had experienced no acute episodes since August 2018.
On 29th August 2019, around 75% of overall improvement had occurred in his recovery from gastroenteritis. He was much better than earlier. He had experienced no episodes of the condition from April to August 2019. He had just 1 acute episode in the last 2 days because he had eaten outside food.
On 30th January 2020, a further improvement was noticed in his recovery from gastroenteritis. Still, he is continuing with our medication for complete recovery.
