A 14-Year-Old Got A Complete Relief From Irritable Bowel Syndrome In 6 Months With Homeopathy

A 14-year-old male child, Master. V. S. (PIN: 38843) consulted Life Force Homeopathy online on 14th December 2018 with the complaints of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. He was suffering from the complaints of frequent blackish stools along with offensive odor and mucus. The consistency of the stool used to change frequently from hard to soft in the last eight years. Sometimes, depending on the food intake, he used to experience constipation. He had cramping pain in the abdomen around umbilicus which used to get relieved after passing flatus. His complaints used to get aggravated after eating cheese or paneer. Besides this, he also used to experience weakness all the time. He had taken allopathic medicines in the form of enema and laxatives for the last 7 years with no significant results, so he stopped the treatment from the last six months.

He was a vegetarian and had a craving for sweets. He disliked coriander. He was a student and staying with his parents. He was hot as far as his temperament was concerned.

He used to love playing games on the computer. He wanted to become a computer game programmer or a chef.

He was a fun-loving boy and was good at sports. Sometimes, he used to get disturbed due to his complaints, but, otherwise, he was a calm and composed child.

After studying his case in detail Dr. Shah prescribed Lycopodium 30 and his research-based molecules to the patient.

Follow-Ups:

On 1st March 2019, when he gave his first follow-up by visiting the center, his relief from the complaints was better by almost 50%. He had satisfied stool with a soft consistency. He didn’t experience any cramping pain in the abdomen. He didn’t feel bloated of late.

On 11th May 2019, when he gave his second follow-up, his relief from all complaints was almost 100% better. His frequency of stool had reduced a lot. Now, he used to pass stool just twice a day with well-formed consistency. No mucous was present in his stool.

Still, the parents of the patient are continuing his homeopathic medicine to increase his weight and improve his immunity.

Conclusion:

This case proves that Homeopathy can treat chronic Irritable Bowel Syndrome successfully in a short span by eliminating the dependency on conventional treatment.
