6 year old boy finds solace in Homeopathy from his Chronic Asthma
A 6-years-old boy, S.C.R. (PIN 30302) visited Life Force on 15th Nov 2015 for chief complaints of Asthma which he was suffering from 3 years of his age.
He used to suffer from an episode of asthma every 1 or 2 months. The episode used to start with the irritation in the throat followed by sneezing and then coughing so much so that it would end up in breathlessness. The patient’s asthma attack would increase if he happens to come in contact with the cold air, particularly in winters, and dust.
Also, he would feel irritation in his nose. His nose was always blocked because of which he would feel suffocated. On examination of the nose, a small nasal polyp was observed bilaterally in both the nostril.
He had started speaking/talking at the age of 3 years, which is delayed as compared to the milestones of a normal kid.
For his above complaint, he was put on Syrup Asthakind 2 tsp daily once.
His diet consisted of non-vegetarian food. He had a special liking for spicy food and disliked vegetables. He would drink very less water i.e. about only 1 lit/day. He was tolerant of all the kinds of weather conditions throughout the year. His tongue was dark with a longitudinal ridge in between. His sleep was disturbed, and, at times, he would wake up frightened in the sleep. He would have to elevate his head while lying down for better breathing. Also, there was murmuring while asleep as noted by his parents.
His family consisted of his parents and one elder sister.
In terms of behavior, he was very particular about his work. He wanted all his work to be finished before the time and would remind his parents as well to do the same when working with them.
His family medical background consisted of his father, who often used to have complaints of frequent colds, and his sister, who had a fungal infection. His maternal grandfather had heart problems, diabetes, and hypertension. His maternal grandmother was suffering from asthma.
Dr. Shah studied the whole case in detail and prescribed Calcarea Phosphorica 30c along with his research-based asthma molecules for 6 weeks and asked the patient to give follow-ups thereafter.
Follow-ups:
Initially, for 2 months, his condition was as it is. No change in his condition was noted. He also used to take Duolin nebulizer 3 times/day or on SOS basis if the attack was severe.
In the next 6 months, the patient responded with a nearly 75% improvement in his asthma. Now that the frequency of the episode was reduced, the child was hardly given nebulizer.
Further, his immunity was enhanced. And, now he no longer gets an attack of asthma. The patient is no longer on any medicines. He is on timely homeopathic medicines.
At times, in the months of winter, he gets a mild attack, although parents take the utmost care of him to keep him away from the known triggers, such as cold water, dust, animal fur, and other triggers.
The patient is off all conventional medicines and doing well after receiving homeopathic treatment from Life Force.
Conclusion:
This case illustrates that childhood asthma can be effectively treated with homeopathic medicines obtaining amazing results and great relief, even if you are on nebulizers or other bronchodilators, safely and without any side-effects.
