This is an illustrative case of aplastic anemia and other such chronic diseases with a very long follow-up for over five years.
While writing this case study on 20th Feb 2014, that is after about five years long follow-up, we find that this patient has been under good control and his serious disease like aplastic anemia is well-managed.
