The medication has helped tremendously. There has been no spreading of the Lichen Planus in the last 3 months. It has spread from my ankles to my lower back and a few spots on my arm. The spreading has now stopped and the spots are becoming flatter and a lot more in line with the texture of the normal skin around it. I have cut down on my smoking and this has possibly assisted in the healing process.

Right now my condition seems to be a bit better. The psoriasis on my legs almost disappeared. The spots on my elbows got smaller, less red and look like they are healing but there is still a bit for them to go.
