I noticed a very big improvement in the last months. Twice I had existing spots which rose again, but it became flat the following day. I would say that my lichen is 90% gone. Only the scars remained, but they are fading slowly. The lichen planus has definitely stopped spreading. The oral lichen planus has improved a lot as well. Now I can brush my teeth easily, can eat most of the food, even though I am still very careful with spicy food. But when I eat hot and spicy food, I noticed that I do not feel the burning sensation as strongly as before. The black spots are fading slowly on my arms and ampits,on my neck, my back and stomach. The result is pretty satisfying. One of the patches has almost been covered and the results for the 2nd patch (picture enclosed) are also very good.
