41-year-old patient, Mr. T. K. (Patient reference number 9551) reported to us for online treatment for complaints of Hepatitis C for 6 years. He had initially got some investigations done for complaints of fatigue and joint pains. During this time he was diagnosed as having Hepatitis C. He reported that he had received intravenous injections a few years ago and attributed the cause to the same. He had received interferon for the infection and it had brought down his viral load but then it stopped working. His viral load again increased and this time he resorted to Homeopathic treatment for his complaints. Physical fatigue was one of his major complaints. He said that the fatigue would be better if he exercised. He saw to it that he exercised regularly to keep the fatigue as less as possible. He also said that if he didn’t sleep well, his fatigue would be significantly more.

His appetite was good and he would like all kinds of food especially vegetables, fruits, lemon juice, almonds, and green vegetables. He would drink a lot of water. He had no complaints pertaining to his bowel or bladder functions. His sleep would be good but he said that he would frequently wake up with body ache and some tiredness.

He was calm by nature though he would occasionally experience some anxiety and depression; this would not last very long. He would not get angry very often though he said that in his younger days he would get upset very easily. He would get irritated if people around him were incompetent or stupid. He would react to the situation with anger depending on how relevant it was for him. He would occasionally get very aggressive. But most often he would remain rather passive and quiet. The financial concerns at his company were the major cause of stress for him. He said that some of the best times of his life were playing music and swimming with dolphins. He also mentioned the saddest time in his life when he loved a friend from his high school and that person did not have any feelings for him.
Before starting the treatment his viral load was checked and it was found to be 2,57,00,000 IU/ml.

Based on the history given by him, he has prescribed the medicine for Hepatitis C . He continued treatment for about 7 months and at the end of this period his viral load was rechecked. This time there was a drop of more than 50% in his viral load. The count was 1,06,00,000 IU/ml as compared to a count of 2,57,00,000 IU/ml about 7 months ago. He was very pleased with this progress and was very optimistic to go ahead with the treatment to get rid of his complaints completely.
