He is very happy with the treatment and is still continuing the treatment.

Mr. P.P. Patient Identification Number 17210, visited the clinic on 10 October 2011 for the complaints of Urticaria and Allergic Rhinitis.

Mr. P.P was suffering from Urticaria since last 2.5 months, he would develop hives all over the body. The hives were itchy and caused severe burning sensation. His skin rash would also be associated with swelling on the lips and eye swelling. He mentioned getting the hives under hot weather and when he would get sweaty. The burning sensation was better in cold weather and under fan.

His appetite was average and he had liking for spicy food and for sweets. He would have excessive sweating all over. Thermally he was a hot patient and could not tolerate heat. Extreme heat would also trigger his urticaria. His urine and bowel habits were normal. His sleep was sound.

He was started on Antihistamine and anti allergic treatment with out much relief.

He was working in a IT sector, wife was working in insurance sector. His father was retired and mother was a housewife. His case was taken in details.

He was undergoing some financial stresses. There were problems in his company and the employees were also affected due to the change in the company policy. He had started working from home. He was a worrisome person and would get anxious on silly matters. The urticaria was also adding to his stresses.

At 2.5 months follow up on 2 January 2012, Mr.. P.P reported slight improvement in his allergies and the urticaria. The intensity and the frequency of the rashes have reduced. but he was still continuing with the antihistamine medications.

At 3 months follow up on 20 Feb 2012, Mr.. P.P reported good improvement in his urticaria and allergy. His skin rashes had reduced, the itching and burning was less. His cold and the allergies were also reducing. He tried to taper off the antihistamine with out much increase in his allergies.

At 5 months follow up on 5 May 2012, Mr.. P.P reported slight increase in his Urticaria, he could identify the heat being a cause for it. His need for the Antihistamine increased again, he was taking it almost daily. The medicines were altered and prescribed by Dr. Shah.

At 7 months follow up on 13 July 2012, Mr.. P.P reported good improvement. In his skin rashes, her lips reduced, His allergies were less. His need for antihistamine had also reduced.

At 9 months follow up on 19 September 2012, Mr.. P.P good relief in urticaria, episodes were very occasional. He has stopped taking Antihistamine completely.
