30 years old, Mr. P. A. M. visited our Life Force Vashi clinic on 9th July 2012. His patient identification number is 19412. He complained of Irritable Bowel Syndrome since a year. He would get the episodes 2 – 3 times in a year. He would have 3 – 4 loose motions in a day with flatulence. The stools would be unsatisfactory and require straining. This disease had triggered due to the stress he had been facing at work.

He also had complaints of Psoriasis since past 3 years. There was a small single spot on his right elbow. He was applying local creams since a year recommended by a skin specialist.

His appetite was average. He preferred rice over any other foods. He disliked sweets. He had profuse generalized perspiration. He was sensitive to warm weather.

He was working as a construction manager in a renowned company. His wife was a supervisor in another company. He had a 7 months old son. His father was a retired civil engineer. His mother was a housewife.

He would often spend 14 – 16 hours at his workplace. He enjoyed his profession, but it would take toll on his health. He was a perfectionist and a demanding manager. He was short tempered and irritable at trifles. There would be stress regarding achieving his targets.

He would suffer from common cold and cough once a year.

His mother had high blood pressure. His father was suffering from Vitiligo.

His case details were studied by Dr. Shah and prescribed few research based medicines.

He visited on 3rd September with considerable improvement in flatulence and digestion. The stool frequency was same, but satisfactory. He also reported improvement in his psoriasis.

He reported on 22nd October with further improvement in his digestion and flatulence. He would pass motions 2 times a day with less straining. His case was reviewed and medicines were upgraded by Dr. Shah.

He experienced about 70% overall improvement in his IBS.
