After 14 years my daughter's skin was smooth and normal..this was possible only with homeopathy..

A young girl Miss CSV, aged 14 years reported to the center for the treatment of extensive and chronic Atopic Dermatitis.
She was suffering from severe atopic dermatitis since the age on 6 months. She had required several steroid creams and tablets in her childhood.

Later on the skin failed to respond to cortisone in any form and she was maintained on anti-histamines. Her skin had turned dark, dry and rough. There was constant oozing.
There were severe lesions behind her thigh, on her hips, on her hands, legs, folds of the skin, on her neck line. Itching was more in the night, which disturbed her sleep
she would get up and sit and itch. Her skin had turned blackish, expect her palms and soles. Her skin had become very rough.
The skin had turned very scaly. Always shedding scales and leaving deposits of dead skin. Even the skin on her ankles and feet was affected.
She occasionally got rough scaly patches on her face. The skin in the folds would break out and that was very painful. She was even unable to straighten her hands and legs at that time.

In severe flare ups, the entire skin would be covered and the child had extreme itching and burning. She would become depressed and cry all the time. She would get difficulty in concentrating for her studies and she would not mingle in school.

The family has tried innumerable doctors and treatments in the past and they were in total frustration.

Starting treatment under a new doctor was equally trying, her mother said, we have to give her hopes about recovery with every new doctor. When she does not recover, she becomes very depressed. Every new doctor assures her that she will get well, but each time she is dejected.

This was a very challenging case for Dr Shah.
He took up the challenge.

Dr Shah took further details from her parents and started her treatment.
She was prescribed medicines as per her symptoms from time to time.

She went through cycles of flare ups and remission. She required cortisone on a couple of occasions. Need for steroids when under Homeopathy is not a defeat of Homeopathy.
When we take up the task of reducing steroids, and administer Homeopathy, we are also studying the response of the body to the various Homeopathic remedies and potencies.

Some chosen remedy will suite, some will be ineffective, and a particular remedy may have to be enhanced. Each feedback needs to be studied and appropriately integrated in the therapeutics.

Miss V was under our care for three years.
Gradually her Atopic Dermatitis healed completely.
Her skin which her mother had at one type described as, “like a toad” gradually become smooth.
The hyper-pigmentation gradually lightened and she regained her normal skin complexion,

The itching, the redness, the oozing gradually settled and she became free of this dreaded disease which had haunted the entire family for the past fourteen-fifteen years.

Her parents were very understanding and cooperative. The patient, parents and the physician underwent periods of stress, during her flare ups.

It is only experience and perseverance which can lead to good results in such difficult cases.
