A 30 Year old lady Mrs. H.C (PIN number: 12390) came to our clinic with complaints of fissure-in-ano and apthous ulcers in the mouth.

She had complaints of fissure since the last since 3 months, after her pregnancy and childbirth. She had tried conventional medicines but she had only temporary relief.
She used to get pain after passing motions, there was sensation as if thorn was pricking per rectum; even soft stools would give her pain. Her fissures in anus were deep and she was suggested surgery for it.

The pain was so severe that occasionally even blood would pass with the stools. She also experienced swelling at times, when she was constipated.
She had long standing constipation since the last 10-15 years. She also complained of recurrent apthous ulcers in the mouth,

She had an average appetite with marked craving for milk.
She was over sensitive to cold climate. She was constipated. She used to get dreams of daily activities.

She was working in a reputed bank in the department of Human resources.
She was very aggressive female and used to get angry with least trigger.
She was very emotional, she would weep easily even on watching the movies. She was very sensitive.

She had a family history of hypertension.

Based on the above history the case was evaluated according to the homeopathic protocols and Dr Rajesh Shah,MD prescribed her the indicated remedy along with his other research based remedies.

Within a month’s time her fissure-in-ano was drastically better, her bleeding per rectum had stopped and the pain had also reduced to a significant level. Her constipation was relieved.

Than for the next follow up her complaints disappeared completely. We discontinued the treatment, as she had no further complaints.
She was quite happy with the treatment, as she did not have to undergo surgery.
