A young man, A. R. aged 28 yrs (Patient Identification Number 11766) came to us to seek treatment for Hepatitis C which was detected positive one year back. He was on Interferon treatment for 6 months which showed some effect for time being followed by relapse of symptoms. He complained of pain in lower back and body ache on and off. He suffered from gastritis and acidity occasionally.

He had good appetite with liking for sweets; otherwise thirst, perspiration and sleep were normal. Bowel movements were normal though he complained of constipation sometimes.

Patient worked in Merchant Navy. He was very short tempered, got irritated very easily. His hobbies were to play cricket and singing. He had some work related stress and dominating nature.
