Psoriasis for 22 years, cortisone suppressed, recovered 80% in six months time.

52 yrs old, male, L-9714, came with extensive psoriasis all over his body. He had been suffering with psoriasis since past 22 years. He had severe scaling, itching, and redness, with bleeding from lesions on itching. He had used cortisone preparation (betnovate) cream in the past and which had given him some temporary relief. The lesions of psoriasis always returned on stopping local cortisone cream.

He was a vegetarian. He craved sweets. He had profuse perspiration and unsatisfactory stools. No past history of any major illness. His father had eczema. His mother had hypertension.
