A 4-Year-Old Girl Got Relieved Of Frequent Colds And Cough With Homeopathy At Life Force
A 4-year-old girl, Miss. R.D.P. (PIN: 42499) visited Life Force on 1st February 2020 along with her parents for the treatment of recurrent upper respiratory tract infections. She was suffering from frequent episodes of the cold and cough once a month, and it used to last for almost 15 days. During the episodes, she used to have a rattling and occasional barking cough along with fever, thick yellowish nasal discharge, and congestion in the chest. Her episodes used to get triggered by the change in weather and after consuming chocolates, grapes, and artificial colors.
She was struggling with this disease for a year. Whenever she would suffer from an episode, she had to take antibiotics. And, from the last month, she was on cough syrup and antihistaminic medications daily, and, sometimes, she also required nebulization of bronchodilator.
The patient was underweight and was weighing 12 kgs. She was a vegetarian and had an average appetite. She was having cravings for fruits. Her thirst and perspiration were average. She was sensitive to the cold weather. Her bowels were satisfactory. All her milestones were normal.
The patient was stubborn. She was very active, expressive, talkative, and attention-seeking.
She had a medical history of chickenpox at the age of 7 months. She had a strong family history of diabetes, as her paternal grandparents and maternal grandmother were suffering from it.
Dr. Shah studied the case in detail and prescribed his research-based molecules to the patient. The girl gradually got recovered from her disease.
Follow-Ups:
When the patient gave the first follow-up on 13th March 2020, no change was noticed in her condition. She had one episode of acute cold and cough which lasted for 15 days. She had stopped all conventional medicines after starting with the homeopathic medicines at Life Force Homeopathy.
At the second follow-up on 7th May 2020, her relief in the complaints was 50% better. She had experienced no episode since the last batch of medicines.
At the third follow-up on 15th June 2020, the patient had experienced almost 95% relief in all the symptoms. She had no episode in the last 2-3 months.
At the follow-up taken on 7th August 2020, she had achieved a complete 100% relief in all the symptoms. No episode had affected her since April even with the triggering factors.
She was completely relieved of the frequent cold and cough with homeopathy.
Conclusion:
This case illustrates that homeopathy is very effective in treating frequent cold and coughs in children incredibly and safely without any side-effects.
