It was a steroid-masked case where the patient was under oral & topical steroids treatment for about 2 months.
He was having the typical presentation of Lichen planus characterized by crops of flat-topped lesions all over his body accompanied by hyperpigmentation & itching over the lesions.

He was very reserved & preferred isolation. He would get irritated due to work-related stress but suppressed his expressions.

Follow-Ups:
