A 57-years-old lady, Mrs. A. R. (PIN 28939) consulted at Life Force for Lichen Planus Pigmentosa on the 11th June 2016. She had developed hyperpigmented, scattered spherical spots on her face, neck, upper back, chest, and both forearms from the last one year. Her oral cavity and genitals were not affected by the disease. Her disease had progressed slowly from the last one year. She was experiencing itching along with burning, dryness of skin, and generalized darkening. She was taking homeopathic medicines for the last 9 months for it but without any relief.
She was a vegetarian by diet. She desired spicy food, sour food, milk, fruits, and sweets. She had no specific disliking. Her thirst had decreased. Her perspiration was average. Her bowel movements were regular. Her sleep was sound.

She wept and got hurt easily. She was having a fear of quarrels in the relationship. She was a strong-willed and positive female. She was very anxious about her future.
